Is there another difference between your free visitors pages and the member pages except the updated charts?

Besides the fact that in the member section all charts are up-to-date, there are also some additional features offered for members only. Members get full access to all updated charts, data and tools as well as to our weekly market comment! Non-members are only able to view the daily updated charts found on our Daily Market Indicators site.

 

Do you provide real time charts?

WallStreetCourier does not provide real time or streaming charts but we do provide auto-refreshing charts. These charts will be updated on a daily or weekly basis.

 

Which technical indicators do you provide?

A complete list can be found on our Indicator Glossary or on our sitemap.

 

Do you protect users' privacy?

Definitely! WallStreetCourier will never give your personally identifiable private information to others.

 

When are your charts being updated?

We have different kind of charts. Our charts in the Day Trader section are updated daily. All the other weekly charts are updated weekly, usually on Saturday, but at the latest by Monday morning. Our specific non-recurring charts are updated on an irregular basis.

 

Some charts don't have the right date, why?

All the charts are up to date despite the fact that they might not always show the right date. This concerns charts with a time span of several years like the Precious Metals charts and Commitment of Traders charts.

 

Do you phone your members or do you offer phone contact?

No. We only communicate through e-mail. Any e-mails from our members are usually answered immediately, in the worst case within 12 hours.

 

Why do you not offer more technical indicators?

We do provide more than 120 charts. After one decade of being an investment advisor we have made the experience that it is better to rely on those indicators we feel comfortable with and which do fit into our investment process. Of course we do expand our service but being a mass charting site is not our main target.

Our billing is handled by our billing provider CCBill (2353 West University Drive, Tempe, Arizona, USA 85281-7223; www.ccbill.com).

Do you offer a consumer support?

How much the does your membership cost?

Are there any other costs besides the subscription rate?

Absolutely, no.

 

How does the money back guarantee work?

If you find that our service does not offer the advice and information you need, just let us know within 3 days of your sign-up and we will refund your subscription fee in full. Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Yes, your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the subscription. The cancellation can be done easily at any time (see "cancellation").

 

What will appear on my credit card statement?

To protect your privacy, charges will be processed securely and will appear discreetly as "CCBill" on your credit card statement.

 

For the subscription, I'm not comfortable with sending my private info over the internet. What happens to our personal data?

All our billing is done by CCBill (2353 West University Drive, Tempe, Arizona, USA 85281-7223; www.ccbill.com).
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any outside organizations, nor release such information.

 

Cancellation: I want to cancel my membership. What should I do?

Members can easily cancel their recurring billing subscriptions at any time eighter just by simply contacting us (Subject "Cancel" and your login data), or contacting the consumer support of CCBill (https://support.ccbill.com)


If you cancel your subscription, you will immediately be removed from the automatic billing cycle. You will, however, continue to have access to our members section until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

We are very sorry to see a member leave. We would be pleased if you could send us a short email for the reason you left because we want always to improve our service and your performance.

 

How can I switch from a 1 month or 6 months plan to a 12 months plan?

You have to send us a cancellation email at the end of your membership and then you have to resubscribe again with your favored plan.

 

 

Technical matters

Can I export the data of your charts to another program like Excel?

Yes, nearly our entire content is downloadable in .csv-format in our data section.

 

I'm having trouble using your website and/or I do not see the updated charts. What should I do?

  • Make sure that you have enabled support for cookies from our site and please do press F5 to make sure you see the actual site.
  • Clear your browser's temporary file cache completely.
  • Restart your computer.
